On February 8, 2022, Hue Industrial College (HueIC) and Thua Thien Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company (HueWACO) had an exchange, discussed, and signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
Attending the signing ceremony is Mr. Duong Quy Duong, Deputy General Director of HueWACO, and representatives of leaders of affiliated units. On HueIC's side, there was Dr. Pham Van Quan, the Rector, and Hueic's lecturers.
The initial cooperation contents signed between the two units are Internship, employment of HueIC students and lecturers at HueWACO; Training in Water and Water Treatment at HueIC, short-term training, training according to HueWACO's needs, training and exams to upgrade workers, training to improve technical staff's capacity, training in information technology services for HueWACO's professional activities; Digital transformation according to the roadmap of the two sides; Scientific research, international cooperation, and technology transfer and exchange activities between the two units. In the coming time, we will strengthen cooperation, exploit and promote each unit's strengths, create favorable conditions for participating in target programs, develop strategies and plans for the parties, and provide specific and practical support to be effective in the operation of both units.
