Participating in the refresher course were 35 managers and educators from vocational education institutions in Quang Tri province. Learners were equipped with knowledge about: Human resource management and corporate culture; Accounting for small and medium enterprises; Innovative start-up was run by lecturers at Hue Industrial College.

Through training courses, managers and educators of vocational education institutions were fully equipped with basic knowledge about business and entrepreneurship. Since then, they can continue to apply and deploy in vocational education institutions of Quang Tri province, orient and advise young people on the path of getting up, making a career, applying practical creativity in local economy for economic development, contributing to the construction and socio-economic development of the locality.
